With more than 25 years of experience in corporate real estate, project management and construction management, Bob has managed complex projects for leading corporations, law firms, financial institutions and other organizations across the United States and internationally.
His experience spans corporate headquarters, major office relocations, tenant improvements, multi-market portfolio programs and mission-critical projects — with a consistent focus on protecting the owner's interests, controlling risk and delivering successful outcomes.
Prior to founding Cottrell PM, Bob held senior project management and real estate leadership roles at major corporations and consulting firms, managing significant capital programs and complex projects across multiple markets.
